We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, reasonable breakfast.
Efficient location, very competent staff who made the stay great. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a hair dryer were a nice touch. Clean and nicely appointed hotel in Minato district. Great restaurant on site. Its fantastic service. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus.
Air conditioned hotel, the staff were absolutely efficient. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Functional rooms with nice beds. The location was perfect, in the downtown area. Apart from that, shinjuku gyoen national garden was 5 minutes' drive away. Good service was provided. What's more, we truly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, available in the property.
Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was standard.
Surely a really good experience in a professional hotel. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. The location was central, perfect. Also, it was 5 mins drive from an Eiffel tower. Appreciated food selection, meals were delightful and they have a good choice of options. This property was fairly basic and I would happily return.
