The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

The room was spacious and always at the perfect temperature. The service was exceptional, with room cleaning twice a day and thoughtful touches like leaving pyjamas. The hotel's location was convenient, close to transportation and within walking distance of shopping and various districts in the city. The included breakfast was fantastic, with a diverse selection of delicious food and excellent service from the staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, with lots of space and every amenity we needed. The bathroom was especially nice. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they organized taxis for us efficiently. The hotel had fabulous facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool on the 26th/27th floor with amazing views. The location was convenient, with several subway lines nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed being next to a beautiful park and having the option to visit Conrad Osaka in the summer.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a sparkling clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to transportation options. I could easily hop on the JR line or the Tokyo Metro line to explore this city. The staff were amazing, always attentive and helpful. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and brought to my room for free. The view from the hotel room was absolutely breathtaking.
