Perfect location, rather big room with absolutely superb views. Great service, fabulous staff. The breakfast was excellent with great variety. Loved their welcome drinks, served in the lounge bar. Fine experience there.

The staff is extremely polite, smooth check-in & easy check-out. All in all it's spotless place, they have big beds. Pool area is heated, really enjoyed this place.

So-so views from the window.

Perfect location, stylish rooms and most importantly, caring staff. The staff did all they can for a very lovely stay. And it also had delightful view. Minato district was worth exploring. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 15 minutes walk from the hotel. True 5-star experience, great service.
