Extraordinary hotel, I liked its incredibly convenient location.

The room was huge, modern decor, plus the staff was competent. There was a continental breakfast, it included pastries and bread. Panoramic view of canal. Easy check in & the service was marvellous. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property. The markets and the shops were right next door. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from aquarium shinagawa.

Shame the bathroom was very wet.

Qualified personnel, amazing bed. Hotel was spotless. The staff did all they can for an unforgettable stay. A clean beach, splendid view. Moreover, aquarium shinagawa was 5 minutes' walk away. The gourmet restaurant was comfortable with a lot of meals in the menu.

Really nice experience there. Continental breakfast was abundant, staff was outstanding. I enjoyed the proximity to supermarket and department shops in Tokyo. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, spectacular location. Beds were good, rooms were rather basic and freshly renovated.
