We had a fantastic stay in a great area of town, very close to metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel's facilities were excellent, including a clean and relaxing spa area with a 24M swimming pool. The spacious and clean room had a huge and comfortable bed, as well as a modern bathroom that was both fun and convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even providing assistance with present-wrapping.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely warm and helpful, and they all spoke good English. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the spa area. The hotel facilities, particularly the swimming pool and spa, were clean and very relaxing. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the Gaienmae train station on the Ginza line and within walking distance to the trendy Ometosando area. Additionally, being out of the hustle and bustle of the city provided a peaceful environment during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the Metro station of Gaiemmae. There were excellent restaurant choices right on my doorstep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and well-decorated rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient options for parking and transportation, making it easy to explore all the fun places to visit in this city.

We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The transportation options were also fantastic, with the metro station located very near the hotel. It made it really convenient for us to explore many main tourist areas without having to switch lines. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.
No parking, limited breakfast options, outdated rooms.
